After crossing the border into Canada, Hannah fell asleep…when she woke up and we were in Summerland, BC driving through the hills, with houses and vinyards all around, she said:

“What? This isn’t Canada! It’s supposed to be all dirt roads and bears!”

About a week later, we had a 15 bear-day.
